Be A Friend, Not A Bully
Anti-Bullying, Red Ribbon Anti-Drug Campaigns

October is a busy month for our school counselor, Mrs. J. Edmond. She is the driving force behind the month’s activities centering around bullying and anti-drug campaigns on campus.

Bullying has become a nation wide problem in all schools. October 10-14 was proclaimed Bully Prevention Week at FCW Charter. An assembly was held on October 10th for all Warriors stressing the importance of being a “buddy not a bully.”

October 24-28 marked our week of activities regarding Red Ribbon Month. We’ve taken part in this national campaign for four years. It’ purpose is to encourage Warriors to be free of tobacco, alcohol, and other drugs.

Local artists
