The Board of Directors is appointed individuals with ties to our community. They are responsible for overseeing the activities of our school. Their duties include, but are not limited to:
• approving the school’s annual budget;
• setting the salaries of the faculty and staff;
• overseeing the organization’s performance in regards to the school’s
stakeholders (students, parents, community, and tax payers);
• establishing the policies and goals of the school;
• reviewing the performances of the CAO (Chief Academic Officer) and
Chief Executive Officer/Principal.
The BOD meets monthly during the academic year. Dates will appear on the website. The public is invited to attend.
