Procedures for Reporting Incidents of Bullying

Bullying is defined as any pattern of behavior by a student, or a group of students, that is intended to harass, intimidate, ridicule, humiliate, or install fear in another student or group of students.

Students are advised that bullying will not be tolerated on our campus. Students who prey on others will be subjected to disciplinary action. Students should advise their teacher of their concerns.

Parents who feel their child is being bullied should contact their child’s teacher, an administrator (principal, deans-of-students), the school’s counselor or social worker (please see page 3 of the school’s Family Handbook for additional information).

The Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE) also provides a form that can be completed with your concerns. It can be reached by using the following link:—report-bullying.pdf?sfvrsn=d3157df7_3
