SCHOOLS TO DELAY OPENING Until 11 am November 1, 2018

Dear Parents/Guardians
OPSB is advising all schools to delay opening until 11 am for students due to predicted inclement weather conditions on Thursday, November 1st.
Buses will begin running their scheduled pickups at 10 am. School will dismiss at 3:15 pm. The After School Program will be held as scheduled (3:15-5:15 pm).

Fee Schedule

The following is a list of the fees in place at FCWCS for the 2018-2019 school year:

Technology Fee: $10.00 (students in Grades 1-8)
Funds gathered from this fee are strictly dedicated to technology improvements and repairs at FCWCS. It will help to maintain desktops, chrome books, headphones, and technology upgrades in the classrooms/labs.

Pre-K & K Fee: $60.00 (students in Pre-K & Kindergarten)

Funds collected from this fee are used for field trips and End-of-Year Learning Activities and Closing Programs.

After School Program: $30.00 (students in all grades)

Parents have the option of sending their scholar to the After School Program (Sept. – April) at a cost of $30.00 for the entire year! Program is held Monday through Thursday from 3:15 pm – 5:15 pm. Transportation home is provided, along with a snack and dinner.

Marching Warriors Participation Budgets:
Band Members – $160.00 (all members, new and returning musicians)
Drill Squad – $275.00*
Letter Carriers – $315.00*
Majorettes – $375.00*
Flag Team – $455.00*
Cheerleaders – $250.00*

*Auxiliary budgets are for new members. Budgets are used for the purchase of uniforms, footwear, undergarments, headpieces, batons, flags, pom-poms, etc. Each team has an opportunity to offset costs for members in need of assistance by sponsoring concessions throughout the year.
