Welcome to Fannie C. Williams Charter School, your child’s new school! We look forward to a wonderful and exciting school year!
The following registration procedure is for parents who have been assigned a placement (spot) at FCWCS by New Orleans Public Schools. In person registration is required to keep your child(ren)s spot*. We are delighted to assist you during this process (Spanish Interpreter is available).
Please come to the school during the times stated below with all the documents listed:

Summer Registration Hours: Monday – Thursday (9am – 12:30pm)
Office Closed on the following holidays: June 19, July 3, and July 4
Registration August 2024 through April 2025
Monday – Thursday (9am – 2:00pm)

*Registration must be completed within five (5) days of accepting your child’s seat. Please be advised we cannot hold your child(ren)s seat if registration is not completed within the five (5) days of acceptance.
All documents are required the day of registration as listed below:
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Test Scores/Final Report Card for the 2023-2024 School Year
- Parent/Guardian Personal Identification
- Proof of Residency (2 sources needed, examples: utility bill, rental lease, property tax notice, etc.)
- IEP (Individual Education Plan or 504 Plan (if applicable).
All of the above documents must be available at the time of registration.
